1. Eligibility for Return

You can request a return if:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and undamaged
  • All tags, labels, and packing are intact
  • The return request is made within 3 days of delivery

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product shows signs of wear or use
  • The product is damaged due to customer handling
  • Items are returned without original packing or tags
  • Product is purchased during special sale/clearance (non-refundable)

2. Free Return

We offer free returns for eligible orders.
Once your request is approved, the pickup will be arranged from your address or you may be asked to send it back depending on the location.

3. Replacement Policy

We provide replacement only, not exchange of different items.

You may receive a replacement for:

  • Wrong product received
  • Size issues
  • Defective or damaged product
  • Colour mismatch (slight shade variations due to lighting are not considered defects)

Replacement will be dispatched after we receive and inspect the returned product.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only in the following cases:

  • Product is out of stock for replacement
  • Product is damaged or incorrect and replacement is not available

Refund will be processed to your original payment method or bank account within 5–7 working days after approval.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded to your bank / UPI details.

6. Important Notes

  • Slight colour variation due to lighting or screen settings is not considered a defect.
  • Products damaged after delivery will not be eligible for return.
  • Only one-time replacement is allowed per order.
  • TRENDY PINKS reserves the right to approve or reject returns based on quality checks.
